Permanent Housing

Housing Stability Project is a program designed to help families and individuals who are in a short-term crisis that has been resolved or is close to a resolution but has left the household financially challenged.

Reduces housing barriers for individuals and families who are ready for permanent housing, but have difficulty meeting landlord criteria due to financial or legal history. Supports tenant before and after move-in and builds partnerships with landlords to increase the supply of affordable housing.

Has provided safe housing and resources for women and families experiencing homelessness in Snohomish County for more than two decades.

YWCA Permanent Housing Communities available in King and Snohomish Counties ranging in size from studio to 4 bedroom apartments. Income limits apply on all LIHTC communities.

Permanent supportive housing program in Lynnwood works to help parents experiencing homelessness and engaged in chemical dependency treatment reunite with their children.
