SEATTLE, WA — YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish announces a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, May 27 to inform the community about the upcoming construction and redevelopment of our Lexington-Concord Apartments at 2402 2nd Ave in Belltown. The new construction project will create a seven-story building with 83 units of affordable housing for families.

- When: May 27, 3:30-5:30pm
- Where: Plus84 Coffee, 2401 3rd Ave, Seattle
- Who: Representatives from YWCA, SMR Architects, JH Brawner, Truebeck Construction
Construction Details:
- Start Date: July 7, 2026
- Duration: approx. twenty (20) months
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Location: 2402 2nd Ave, Seattle WA 98121 (corner of 2nd Ave and Battery)
Traffic Impacts:
- Sidewalk detours
- Flaggers present as needed at alleyway
Community Coordination:
- Project partners are working closely with the City of Seattle and local stakeholders to minimize disruption and maintain safe access for pedestrians and vehicles.
