2026 MLK Lobby Day: It Takes A Village

Join us on January 19 for the Statewide Poverty Action Network's annual MLK Lobby Day and build your community, strengthen advocacy skills, and speak with your lawmakers about the issues that matter most!

The Statewide Poverty Action Network is hosting their annual MLK Lobby Day, and you’re invited! Join us on January 19 at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts at 9:00AM for a great opportunity to build community, strengthen your advocacy skills, and meet directly with your lawmakers about the issues that matter most.

This event will be offered in English and Spanish, and it is a family-friendly event. Childcare will be available, along with simple activities for kids during the program.

If getting there is a challenge, limited transportation support is available! Just reach out to the organizers and they’ll work with you to make sure you can attend. Register on their website.
