Mary Anne Dillon has worked at YWCA since 1997, having served as Director of Housing, Senior Regional Director, and finally Executive Director - Snohomish County. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of shelter, housing, services, and programs in Snohomish County. Previously, Mary Anne worked in career services for persons with disabilities, and as an employment consultant. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Wagner College. Mary Anne serves on the City of Lynnwood Human Services Commission, the Housing Consortium of Everett & Snohomish County, Partnership to End Homelessness Board, and FEMA/EFSP Local Board. She was recognized by the Greater Everett Community Foundation as Human Services Professional of the Year in 2011.
