In October, the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance held its 33rd annual Conference on Ending Homelessness. This 3-day conference took place virtually from October 4 - 6, to educate, discuss, and organize on ending homelessness in the state and beyond.

Our biases are a byproduct of our environment and background, and they influence our perception of the world. Although some people's bias manifests in the form of racism, bias can also result in subtler forms of discrimination called microaggressions.

After three years hosting our Luncheon virtually, YWCA held our 2023 Inspire Luncheon on September 14 in-person with over 1,000 guests and livestream attendees. Thank you for helping us raise over $1,209,586 in support of women and families in our region!

For well over three decades, Epiphany Parish has been a steadfast supporter of YWCA's community, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless women and families.

On June 27, YWCA's Denny Apartments opened its doors and became the first new YWCA affordable housing location in over 20+ years.
