What:
Snohomish County will host an opening celebration and community showcase for the Edmonds New Start Center, a new bridge housing facility designed to help individuals experiencing homelessness stabilize and connect with services that support long-term housing.
Operated by YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish, the New Start Center provides time-limited bridge housing along with wraparound services such as case management, behavioral health support, employment assistance, and connections to permanent housing.
The Edmonds facility includes up to 45 units of bridge housing with 24/7 on-site staffing and supportive services, helping individuals transition from homelessness to stable housing.
This event will provide elected officials, community partners, media, and members of the public an opportunity to tour the facility, meet program staff, and learn more about how the New Start Center will support housing stability and recovery in Snohomish County.
