Coffee & Conversation: Black Women’s Leadership at YWCA

Phillis Wheatley Branch

Learn how we're centering racial and gender justice today and beyond.

Join us as we hear from YWCA leaders Kizha Davidson, Associate Director of Brand & Strategic Communications, and Kresha Green, Regional Director of Housing Services. Together, they will share how Black women’s leadership continues to shape YWCA’s work, centering racial and gender justice in our efforts to eliminate disparities and respond to evolving community needs.

The conversation will also touch on YWCA’s advocacy priorities in 2026 and explore how our commitment to racial justice is reflected across our housing, health and safety, and economic empowerment programs.
