Intended for anyone navigating the Family Law system without an attorney, this workshop will cover the basics of Family Law, from initial paperwork to start a case, filing, service, temporary and emergency orders, finalization and enforcement. Case types will include Dissolution of Marriage with or without children, Petition for Parenting Plan, Modifications and Contempt. Participants will gain familiarity with pattern forms, the e-filing process, scheduling court hearings and requesting fee waivers.
