  Please complete the form first, then either print the form or save it to your computer using the save as function in the file menu.

If your vehicle is accepted, the auctioneer will arrange a pickup date. After the vehicle is auctioned, we will send you a formal document specifying the amount that you may claim for your tax deduction.
