Vehicle Donation Form

Please tell us about the vehicle you wish to donate by completing the form below. Certain restrictions may apply to all donations.

Once you have submitted the form, the Vehicle Donation Program will contact you. If your vehicle is accepted, the auctioneer will arrange a pickup date. After the vehicle is auctioned, we will send you a formal document specifying the amount that you may claim for your tax deduction.
