Keyboarding & Mouse Skills
Want to improve your typing speed? Never used a computer before? Need to learn how to use the mouse? Then this is the class for you! You will work with one of our computer tutorials to help you gain speed and confidence on a computer. All levels are welcome.

Beginning PC Skills
New to computers? Learn to create your first document. No computer experience necessary, however, the Keyboarding & Mouse Skills class is highly encouraged as a pre-requisite.

Homeless Intervention Program (HIP) Orientation
HIP is an Employment and Job Training program that helps homeless individuals find and maintain full-time employment through job counseling, case management and paid training. If you are homeless and motivated to work full-time, come to our orientation for assistance with job search, retention, training and education, work clothing and tools.

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation/DVR
Do you want to work? If you have a physical or mental disability that makes it difficult to get a job or keep a job that matches your skills, potential and interest, DVR may serve you. Or, if you need services and support, such as counseling, training or assistance with a job search.

Interview Skills
Need to brush up on your interviewing skills? In this workshop you will practice responding to typical interview questions and begin the necessary preparation to ace a job interview.

This workshop will help give your resume and cover letter a boost to get that job you want! Learn how to create a compelling cover letter and write a resume with confidence.

Learn many benefits that you are qualified for through a one-on-one Consultation with Veterans Benefit Specialists from Washington State Veterans Affairs.

Financial Literacy
Are you making a comeback from Financial Loss to Financial Security? No matter how much money you have, owe, make or don't make, you can be financially secure. This workshop covers the basics of how to use your resources wisely and become financially secure. Topics include: Understanding Credit, Budgeting and Using the Bank.

Open Lab
Do you often feel like you have a lot of computer questions that you need answered? This open computer lab will allow you to get one-on-one assistance with posting a resume online, applying for jobs online, signing up for an e-mail account and more! (This is not a basic skills class. If you need basic computer skills, please refer to Beginning Computer or Beginning Internet)

Beginning Internet
This class will teach you how to use the Internet for job search purposes.  No computer experience necessary, however the Keyboarding & Mouse Skills class is highly encouraged as a pre-requisite.

Computer Assisted Job Search

Learn how to make a difference in your Job Search with today's new technology. At the end of this workshop you will be able to change your resume to TEXT ONLY format, post your resume on the Internet, e-mail your resume to employers and use other career tools.
