landlord liaison project: Connects families and individuals who are homeless to rental housing through a partnership with landlords and Human Service providers throughout Seattle and King County. Our goal is to house 160 homeless households in rental housing in 2009.

eligibility: Homeless, income at or below 50% of area median income, and a resident of King County, including Seattle. Individuals and families who are homeless need to be referred by a human service provider who has signed a partnership agreement with LLP.
